Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted use

You may use Pulpit IQ for lawful sermon review, teaching preparation, ministry development, and other legitimate educational or organizational analysis workflows.

2. Prohibited misuse and harm

You must not use Pulpit IQ to harm, target, or harass people. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Harassment, intimidation, threats, or targeted abuse of any person or group.
• Defamation, false accusations, or reputation attacks based on platform output.
• Publishing or distributing outputs in misleading ways that imply certainty or factual guarantees.
• Using reports as sole grounds for punitive, employment, disciplinary, or removal decisions.
• Attempting to dox, expose, or otherwise misuse personal data from sermons or related materials.

3. AI output handling requirements

Pulpit IQ includes AI-generated opinions, scoring, and summaries. You are responsible for independent review and for applying appropriate context and judgment before relying on outputs.

• Do not treat outputs as infallible or as legal, theological, pastoral, HR, or disciplinary determinations.
• Do not represent output as guaranteed accurate, complete, or free from error.
• Always include qualified human interpretation when sharing conclusions from reports.

4. Security and integrity

You must not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, APIs, or underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with service reliability, including abuse, scraping, or denial-of-service behavior.
• Submit malicious files, malware, or content intended to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Bypass account, ownership, or usage restrictions.

5. Content responsibility

You are responsible for all content you upload, process, and share through Pulpit IQ. You must have lawful rights and permissions for any content submitted.
