1. Service Scope
Pulpit IQ provides structured sermon analysis outputs that may include summaries, concerns, positive signals, comparative insights, and weighted scoring. Outputs are generated by automated systems and may contain errors, omissions, or interpretation differences.
2. Informational Use Only
- No guaranteed accuracy: AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect.
- No professional substitute: Platform outputs do not replace pastoral, theological, legal, HR, or governance review.
- User responsibility: You are solely responsible for decisions made using platform output.
3. Prohibited Decision Uses
You agree not to use Pulpit IQ output as the sole or primary basis for:
- Employment actions (hiring, termination, compensation, role assignment)
- Formal discipline, sanctions, or punitive outcomes
- Defamatory publication, harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse
Any high-impact decision requires independent human review and appropriate due process.
4. Acceptable Conduct
You must use the service lawfully and in good faith. You may not upload content or use outputs in ways that violate rights, privacy, confidentiality, or applicable law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulpit IQ and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, reputational, or punitive damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on platform outputs.
Platform access is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free output.
6. Account and Data Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining account credential security.
- You must have rights and authority to submit content to the platform.
- You remain responsible for evaluating output before sharing or acting on it.
7. Updates to Terms
Terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
