- To authenticate users and provide account-specific access to reports.
- To process analyses, generate outputs, and support saved report workflows.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
3. Account-Level Access Controls
Pulpit IQ is designed so users access only their own reports and uploads. We use platform security controls and account-scoped data protections to enforce this isolation.
4. AI Processing and Accuracy
Submitted content may be processed by AI systems to generate analysis outputs. These outputs are informational and may contain errors, omissions, or interpretive limitations. Users are responsible for independent review.
5. Data Retention
We retain account data and saved reports while your account remains active, subject to operational and security needs. Internal test/bot data may be removed as part of platform hygiene and privacy controls.
6. Security Practices
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; however, no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
